CNC Machining
CNC Machining is a process used in the manufacturing sector that involves the use of computers to control machine tools. Tools that can be controlled in this manner include lathes, mills, routers and grinders. The CNC in CNC Machining stands for Computer Numerical Control.
Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) Machining is a method used to perform a wide range of manufacturing tasks, which are all carried out by computerized devices. With the help of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Machining (CAM) in the late 1970s, CNC machines replaced the old-school manual machines.
We also provide highly accurate CNC machining services for almost all kind of materials, drawings & shapes from one offs through to volume production using our CNC machining facilities like CNC milling and CNC turning centres
Laser Cutting
A team of five very young people with different abilities, talents, experience, and backgrounds who have come together with a common goal, foresight & a shared purpose, and form a company named M/S Lasercut Group, and decided to start the business of laser cutting and laser cut sheet metal fabrication, to serve industrial hub of central region of India, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Since we established in 2007 we decided from beginning to work as a one hand strategy along with our clients to share them their projects, products problems and difficulties in order to turn up their goals, predicts achievable and useful.
We have done our best to own the latest CNC Laser cutting machines & latest softwares to improve the manufacturing output especially in the metal industries & fabrication field to enforce the industrial wheel development in the India.
Bending & Forming
Bending is the semi Final Finishing of your product. As much as the calculations and appliance of bending are correct as much the product quality perfection you get.
Since that we are ready to take all designs or to start any design from scratch, we are putting in our calculation. The elasticity of our bending is in order to perform any product with the minimum sub-parts & to reduce welding points.
If you need to improve or to modify any of your products, we need to share with our engineering staff & bending division to share the feasibility of modification.
The CNC controller is supporting us in flat calculations, No need to calculated flat sizes. We are ready to support you with this advice in order to get all your part symmetric. Our long experience in this field gives us the trust to inter challenging products that others couldn’t done perfectly.
Fabrication
Though the laser technology is one of our specialized stream then also we have not restricted our self to laser cutting only, after one success full year in only dedicated laser cutting business we added one more business discipline in our product range, which itself has a very wide product definition & scope, that is “Sheet metal medium & heavy fabrication”.
We are equipped with high quality fabrication tools like welding machines, profile cutting machines to cut thicker material, pipe cutting machines, plano miller, conventional lathe machines, also we are having good expertise to design & produce fabrication fitting & welding jigs & fixtures for small to bigger size of assemblies.
