Bending is the semi Final Finishing of your product. As much as the calculations and appliance of bending are correct as much the product quality perfection you get.
Since that we are ready to take all designs or to start any design from scratch, we are putting in our calculation. The elasticity of our bending is in order to perform any product with the minimum sub-parts & to reduce welding points.
If you need to improve or to modify any of your products, we need to share with our engineering staff & bending division to share the feasibility of modification.
The CNC controller is supporting us in flat calculations, No need to calculated flat sizes. We are ready to support you with this advice in order to get all your part symmetric. Our long experience in this field gives us the trust to inter challenging products that others couldn’t done perfectly.
